How to Get Flourish
COVID has forever changed how we flourish. Here’s the most updated info about our operations:
In person, staff assisted pick-ups at Inwood Athletic Club for pre-orders:
TU/TH/SUN: 9am - 1pm
Inwood Grab & Go Fridge pickups (No pre-order necessary, grab whatever you’d like and go!)
M - F: 4:30am - 8:30pm
SAT/SUN: 6am - 3:30pm
DoorDash: Varying hours, check the app.
